<description>AHA! It was a moment of true and utter enlightenment.

The moment when I realized that we are all salesman or saleswomen.

In all conversations someone is trying to sell you on an idea or product.

I am a Leadership Skills trainer (among many things) and one day I had said I could not sale anything to anyone. Than of course I had my moment of enlightenment. I realized I am selling something a little more difficult than any given product.

I am selling a belief, an idea, a shift in perspective. It is not something you can necessarily hold in your hands. Yet I have been doing a damn good job based on my feedback.

As for women it is no different. You are selling yourself (sometimes that statement makes me feel slutty ,ha!) But you are. Some women buy some don&#039;t. Once again, its sales and marketing and you have to work the numbers.

And I have.

Thanks for the great post,
teevee
