I know first hand; a couple of years ago I was a very shy and insecure guy who didn't "get lucky" very often. Now I realize that it has nothing to do with luck, because I started on imporving all areas of my life, step by step. And I'm very happy to tell you that today I got more dates than I can handle. And to jlumpkins, just being yourself won't cut it, being the best self that you can possible be will. This list is so much better and truer than 95% of these kinds of lists that you find online.
