You can now get PUA Lifestyle articles on your Facebook Profile. Everytime a new article is published, it'll be automatically published to your Facebook profile live. To set this free service up is very easy.

1. Log in to Facebook book and click 'Profile'


2. Where you type your status updates, click 'option' underneath the 'share' button.


3. Click 'settings'


4. Click the orange icon 'Blog/RSS'


5. Copy and paste the following URL:

6. Click 'update' or other relevant button. Hey presto! It's done. Even if you don't necessarily need this service, please consider the benefit of sharing articles on Facebook with your friends.
