A huge secret to life can be summed up in two key concepts.

1) People are doing the best they can given the level of consciousness they have and spiritualaity they embody
2) Appreciate people for nothing more then who they are as they are simply doing the best they can

You will start to love people and the smile will be plastered on your face for all to see

True! True! True!
Just yesterday I was walking my dog and a bunch of little kids came up to me, asking me "Does he bite?" LOL. I said "No, of course, not". So they asked me if they could pet him, I said "Yeah, go ahead". They started petting him, more little kids came and soon they were all smiling and playing with my dog, and I was surrounded by kids. I couldn't help to smile all the way back to my house, it reminded the innocence of a child. Little things like that make you plaster a smile on your face.

I was walking down the street yesterday and I was a bit down.
Then this post crossed my mind... I was just watching the people passing me by and it made me smile.

There's a simple little trick to smiling between a genuine smile and a fake smile that will make all the difference.

In a genuine smile a person's eyes will crinkle but in a fake smile they won't.
While many people can tell what a fake smile looks like, they won't be able to tell you how they know it's a fake smile.

It's a very simple fundamental difference that very view people know.

a while back i didnt really understand that, but in the last couple of weeks this is all i love doing! i just enjoy all the small things and i appreciate the people that do them! i just love people that enjoy pushing themselves and trying their best!
