Default Effective goals?

Alright I am on a new path towards self improvement, however I am not sure that my 1 year goals are effective or even relevant...

Family Life:
1. Become a leader of a team of extraordinary people
2. Succeed in my dating life. Bring hot chichs home. ;]
3. Get 20,000 in one year income.

Friends:
1. Have 5 male friends that are on the true path of growth.
2. Have 5 extramely hot, fun and intelligent women as friends.

Contribution:
1. Contribute total of 1,000 dollars.

Financial Freedom:
1. Make total of 25,000 from all kinds of possible (legal) income opportunities.
2. Have a steady, unmovable income that doesn't rely on me of 1,000 bucks a month.

Creator of the good life: (none here...)

Women:
1. Never leave fear control me in social interactions
2. Approach 300 women and enjoy it.
3. Master 10 second attraction system.

PROFESSIONAL
Leader of the number one team:

2. To develop a system for quarterly evaluation of our organization to ensure that we have solid gold and silver teammates.
3.Recruit skilled, creative, mission-driven gold-medal teammates.

I would love your opinions/comments on these. I want to have 1 year goals that will bring the best out of me.

These goals look really good, bro. They could be more specific in some spots and having a written plan on how you are going to achieve all of these will always help. If you can go through and give us updates on how these goals are coming along, we can all help you out! If you have any questions or want more specific feedback, let me know.

Goals must be feasible enough for you to achieve them. If you set goals that are so unrealistic you have no hope of attaining them, you set yourself up for frustration and failure. However, if you have an "impossible dream" that you really want, don't abandoned it. Break it up into smaller, more realistic, attainable goals and begin achieving them, one at a time.
