I feel like Tucker Max is over-rated. Compared to the book this movie looks stupid something about it being a book and about real life made it good, but now on the movie it doesn't look that great. I think I liked Tucker Max because he also has a shred of intelligence, firstly because of his writing style secondly for his ability to out-wit people and not care. But the guy acting as him turns Tucker Max into a Stiffler.

I think people need to read more because Tucker Max isn't the first alcoholic womanizer author to be around. In-fact one of my favorites is an author called Charles Bukowski, the author the character Hank Moody is based on. Who wrote some truly great and original books about women, booze, cigarettes and the low life.

There is a film, by him. Kicks Tucker Max's ass any day.

Chikito raises some good points, yet this still looks like it will be an entertaining movie.

When I first saw the trailor on facebook, the initial scene with the turtle in the tank was funny, but the rest of it was crap. Of course I will still see it but after reading the book I highly doubt it will hold a candle next to it.
