Talking Male Fitness Model Challenge!

I've sick of being a weedy little kid, this is my first ever attempt to rectify that!!

So theres my backstory.. This resulted after I saw like a billion modelling shows on TV. I've been saying on this site for the last 6 months.. 'Fitness isnt important to me, its not in my ideal lifestyle' But I've been hit with an idea, and it freaks me out that tomorrow I wont remember it. So what I wat from everybody here is inspiration and motivation and someone to monitor me and give me inspiration. It is very similar to what Jamie (Chikito) did earlier in the year, I want to Appear fit in however long it takes me. In addition to that I want to improve my hair and face. However I can.. So any help is appreciated.

Here are my before pictures, and I have decided that whenever it is asked of me, I will post the same 3 pictures. So if 1 week in someone decides to ask me I have to comply. I want you to police me on this.

Torso-In Singlet

Torso-Bare

Face

I didnt do myself up, I didnt pepare, I just took the pictures. Abuse me about my neglected body. Critique me, and help me improve it. This area is one that I am not proud of and have little clue how to improve. I am looking for smart guys to help me out and give me ideas. Also feel free to post any pictures of your own and any other ideas and suggestions. I am open to everything, and Just want ome guidance.

Much love.. MrF

Well first of all, it looks like you need to hit the gym. Either get a gym membership or workout at your house or whatever. But I would definitely get a gym membership because you will most likely get distracted if you lift anywhere else. If you want, you can start a running program too if you wish. Grab a decent pair of running shoes and hit the treadmill.

http://pualifestyle.com/forum/showth...ghlight=cardio
Just check out this thread or some other weightlifting and running ones. There's a ton of sites out there on how to get in shape, actually just click on some of the links from the above thread and they'll take you to some bodybuilding and weight loss websites.

Don't try to rush it tho, getting in shape takes time.

Oh, and maybe try to grow your hair out? Or get it buzzed off or something? Not too sure about that part but just try to mix it up I guess. Get a goatee or something. If it doesn't look good, shave it and try something else in a few days. You'll find something that works.

Good luck!

Hey man, there are a few of us in the RT (myself included) who are very well educated on eating healthy and working out. We live and breath being in shape.

If you need any help with developing a work out or need help with cutting or bulking certain muscles, let me know and I'll help you out. Another great person to ask is Jamie (Chikito).

Work on your Traps and chest. Begin on that. It gives a sexy look on skinny people ^_^

TRAPS: Grab two dumbbells and simply lower them as you lower down your shoulders and then bring them up again. Your traps shall burn, that's how you know you're doing them right. Do it slowly and watch your breath as you do it.

CHEST: Fly/cross cables. You'll find them in most gyms. They are great!

everybody is posting pictures here so i figure why not...

I couldn't find any good ones from when i was in the best shape but here's a before and after.

This was about a year and a half after my back injury.. I'd lost over 25lbs of muscle but was still fairly fit

This was a few months ago.

I just started Occupational therapy this week for my back so i can start working out again soon

PS... My goal is to get in better shape then the before photo. Once my back is better i should be able to get in almost peak shape in about 2-3 months

Your cure is heavy lifting and eating alot and often. Google up "Mark Rippetoe's starting strength program", then go to buy food. Supply yourself with eggs, milk, whole wheat bread, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, fish, chicken, turkey, beef, bananas...

Following this program for 2-3 months you should grow for about 15-30 pounds, if you stick to it and eat the way you should.

Each day eat at least six meals per day, spaced every 2-3 hours. That's atleast. You can go up to even 10 meals a day it won't be bad, as long as you don't eat crap (coke, chips, crap junkfood, white flour, greasy food and shit).

Also make sure you eat plenty of healthy fats (olive oil, fish...) my favorite is fish oil supplement, it's worth its money. Take like at least double the RDA.

haha, I sell that stuff everyday ice. and I would stres that you shouldnt be taking double the RDA. Not good! Increases the chances of side effects, and if you saturate your system with the RDA than any extras you pump in are wasted. Therefore, you waste money.

Aight, so I have made massive improvements in my strength, but not bulk.

I am far stronger, but i dont look it. Heres some stats to look at, hope you can tell me what to do next. I want to get bigger now.

Before Training------After Training
1-2 Chinups------3 Sets of chinups, 14,12,10
Barbell curls 15kg 3 sets 12,10,8-------Barbell curls 30kg 3 sets 14,12,10
Bicep press NONE------Bicep press 45kg 3 sets 8,8,8
1km rum------10km run

Those are the most impressive ones, I needa know where to go next.
