I am looking for ways getting into athletic and adjust my shape
I have been doing cardio basically on a daily basis, including weights, bike, elliptical and running, for around three to 4 times a week today I got myself in a sporting activity and I realize I got very tired quickly. My time for sporting activity is usually limited, now the problem is what activities are recommended to get me into that sporting condition? I mean, I need shape….
