Angry I am looking for ways getting into athletic and adjust my shape

I have been doing cardio basically on a daily basis, including weights, bike, elliptical and running, for around three to 4 times a week today I got myself in a sporting activity and I realize I got very tired quickly. My time for sporting activity is usually limited, now the problem is what activities are recommended to get me into that sporting condition? I mean, I need shape….

The best way is to find a sport that you like and start training and competing with intention to be the best.

Well keep up the treadmill and cardio activities...try getting a jump rope, I saw on a show that 5 straight minutes of jump rope is the equivalent to 30 minutes on the treadmill. And with different sports require different training.
