Default Best Vegetable combinations?

Seriously, I am tied of this diet s*** When you are working out do still have to have best veggie combination?

If so, what could be the best combination for someone who's workingout?

All variety of potatoes forms an outstanding source of carbohydrates, protein and fiber living out fat. They also hold rich vitamin C and potassium, and when consumed plain, baked or mashed, they are the healthiest.
