Why do you want low fat breakfast?

Did you know that fat is actually good, can aid with bodyfat burn, and is essential for your body... The difference is that it's a good fat, such as omega-3 whose source is fish oil. Other good fats come from flaxseed oil, olive oil, meat, eggs, etc... The bad fats are the usual junk (fries, candies, chips, and other snack bullshit you find in store shelves).

I guess you stated "low-fat" because you are concerned about your bodyfat %. Well guess what, it's not the fat that gets you fat, because fat has a low gi and slows the proccessing of your food down, unless you eat plenty of fat, because they have more calories than carb and protein, you won't get fat. Good fats in fact aid with fat loss. Start taking fish oil caps for a month, keep everything else same and you will notice fat decrease in your body.

The thing that gets you fat are high gi carbs and more than is necessary of them, and white bread is one of the main candidates to get yourself fat. Carbs primary purpose is to fuel your body with energy, too much of that energy at one time, more than you can use, will store in your body for later usage, in shape of fat.

If you want to loose fat, cut down on the starchy and fast carbs (sugars, pasta and high gi fruts are out). Only time when you can allow yourself more carbs are in the morning, because your body has not eaten in 8 hours and is in catabolic state (using fats and muscle for energy production, because carbs are wasted) and after workout (your body has used carbs for training which you need to replace and also your body needs carbs to transfer protein to cells).

Worst time when you can eat carbs is before sleep. Remember carbs are used for energy, and for sleeping you don't need energy, so almost anything of carbs you eat will store as fat, because you don't waste any.

Replace the breakfast white bread with oatmeal (real, not cereals).

According to me I prefer break fast as fruits and eggs which must be required as fresh. I also prefer to drink fruit juice without add the sugar. Another thing is that low fat dairy foods as low-fat cheeses, low-fat yogurt, and skim milk.

Even when considering a low calorie breakfast, it should accompany protein, lots of fiber healthy carbohydrates and good nutrition. And as much as you want to maintain a low calorie count in order to lose weight, Of course you would consider foods that command a lot of nutritional backing and not calories at most, just a little bit. For example;

A whole grain cereal serving like Cheerios like Wheaties(bread) with one-half cup non-fat milk, one teaspoon sugar and one hard-boiled egg with a glass of water. 270 calories
