Brown has a greater nutritional value than white, brown outer coating of protein and minerals, self-contained; white endosperm is mainly carbohydrates, lack of comparison, some of the important nutrients of brown rice. Unlike white rice, brown rice contains fibre. Dietary fibre, something will be removed during processing.

Agreed, brown is healthier, but it also takes longer to cook.
