Hold on a minute, I must have missed something. Shouldn't you be leaving the culturing business to the lab technicians at the clinic? You've no business deciding to take longer for the symptoms to manifest, that's done at the lab when they culture your samples.
But the most significant factor is that the one at higher risk of unprotected oral sex is not even you (the receiver) but the girl (the giver). She's the one at greatest risk and she should be the one worrying more than you should; particularly if you ejaculated in her mouth and she happens to have some mouth sores or open oral wounds (but you mentioned that you lost your hardon); and, if you were initially infected prior to your encounter with the girl.
It's a pity that you may be putting your wife at risk especially if this is more of a habit than a "I suddenly freaked out and lost it" kind of mishap.
