Nutrition is an important part of a cool lifestyle. But it has to be complemented with proper fitness routine. Keep popping the best nutrition pill but doesnt get your ass up and move wont help the least bit.

Eat more vegetables and fruits. especially when you opt fo color and variety— like dark green, yellow, orange, and red fruits

we should aim for at least 9 servings (at least 4½ cups) of fruits and vegetables a day.

The different techniques are available to maintained the good health and basic of them are to avoid the unhealthy food , take the exercise on daily bases and take the rest and go to the bed for sleep within 8hrs .

The term has been partially replaced by the word dependence for substance abuse. Addiction has been extended, however, to include mood-altering behaviors or activities. Some researchers speak of two types of addictions: substance addictions (for example, alcoholism, drug abuse, and smoking); and process addictions (for example, gambling, spending, shopping, eating, and sexual activity). There is a growing recognition that many addicts, such as polydrug abusers, are addicted to more than one substance or process.

Nutrition is really great a part of luxurious and healthy life. I know that It is hard to exact control over the junk and oily food. So We have to first make diet schedule and exercises schedule. I am sure that It would be really affect on our health.
