Default Need help for Protein Shakes

hey
I just started going back to the gym, and Ive noticed that i really need to buff up, not too much, but lets say Im looking kind of skimpy..and I was talking to one of the guys there, and he told me that I should take protein shakes, and work out every day, which I'm fine with but I for the protein I'm not sure where to get it..
I live in France and lets say that protein isnt sold everywhere, we dont have GNC or anything..
and sadly GNC doenst ship here in Europe, so if anyone knows somewhere I can buy protein shakes online that would be great
Another friend of mine told me to try http://www.amazon.com/ and this one Twenga - US Price comparison site, shopping guides, user reviews but the thing is Im not sure what I'm supposed to order..
so if anyone can help me out that would be great
thank you so much
