There are countless of websites out there with quotes, you gotta make this part of your daily life. Look for guys like Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Michael Jordan, Winston Churchill, Charlie Tremendous Jones, Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Rockerfeller, and all the thousands of great achievers.

I'll start with these two, freshly new to me, although the meaning behind them is not.

Jefferson says that the harder he works, the luckier he seems to get. I believe it to be true. Without much explanation I'll just say that the most your work on your internal resources, the more outer resources and luck you'll get. For a more detailed explanation, go here

Henry Link (who I don't know of) says that while is focusing on the negative things in life and planning too much, the other is taking action to fail and then to succeed. Simple enough, yay?

This became one of my favorite quotes after I realized the affect our thoughts have on our world. We actually give out an energy which has a physical presence and affects everything around us. For example, there was a Japanese scientist who set out to prove this by studying our affect on water. He took jars of water, isolated them, and wrote on them phrases like "Love and appreciation" and "You make me sick, I will kill you". He then talked to the water according to what was written on them, and then froze the jars. When examining the newly formed water crystals, he was amazed at the affect of simply talking positively to them. In the nice ones, beautiful crystals had formed. On the flip side the ones he was speaking negatively were these disgusting looking crystals.

We're so egotistical sometimes that we truly think everyone is worried about every single little detail in our life. We think they're judging us for every little decision we make, we live worried and it keeps us from doing things. While it's true that people are judgmental, we shouldn't allow them to have this power over us. Not only is it a bad mindset of having your validation depend on others, but it goes completely against who you should be striving to become. People should give you validation because you already gave yourself validation. How do you expect to be a leader if you're not sure in yourself? People need someone to look up to, someone who is concrete with their beliefs.
