I have been to several parties on campus the last two weeks. I will find a HB, get IOI's, kino escalate, and all i do is get a peck on the lips. It's happened to me 3 times. If she pecks me on the lips, is it automatic that i could make out with her?

Chiki's idea is good. Ear nibbling is golden. Even just talking in a low voice (makes it bassier and reverberates more) right in her ear will give her chills. 1. Move the target to another location. You want her to be away from your friends, in a place (different room at a party, upstairs/downstairs bar, etc...) where you are the only person she knows. This creates a comfort zone for her plus all the attention will be focused on you

Yeah kinda it helps if you are. Otherwise it doesnt matter its equally as sexy if you pull their head to the right/left instead of up and make out with her sideways.
