Default Messing of the hair

Okay real quick question before I take off for class. I sit next to a girl in my anatomy class who I knew from the dorms last year. Anyway we've hung out a little this year and studied anatomy together.

Yesterday I noticed her messing with her hair during class. Is that a good IOI? Like is there no reason for her to mess with her hair a lot if she wasn't interested? I only ask because I don't want to assume she is into me based on a single thing I have noticed.

I actually would like to see the responses to this as well.

What we "learned" was that they fiddle with their hair as an IOI when they are talking with you.

But what about when it is in class and they professor is speaking. My mind isnt always on topic, I think about the girl I am sitting next and what not. So how about when her mind wanders, maybe she is thinking of me and twirls her hair, maybe not. I would like to assume that is what it is because that has happened within the last two weeks and I dont let that go un-noticed because what dmac four just asked is what I asked myself right after I saw it happen.

Girls mes with their hair when they are bored too. But I wouldn't say shes not attracted to you, just keep that in mind... look for other signs, i.e like neck touch/exposure
