Question What to do in frame loss?

So i am not sure if this happens to anyone else out there ever, but this is about completely losing your frame, your attitude, and control over an entire situation. Last night thi s happened to me and i feel i can hold a frame or recover quickly, but sometimes there is just a series of events that continue to crush the frame and circumstances holding you at the situation. A great night turned into a wicked nightmare, it's aweful to be in a great mood surrounded by lots of cute girls only to have several of your LTR's and ex LTRs all show up and simotaneously play mind games with me ( they didnt conspire this, they dont know each other). I also couldnt leave because my wingman was having some drama issues, and some targets around, so i had to wait. I usually just would walk out of there on my own sit down for a few minutes, clear my ( dount backwards from ten, imagine nothingness) and set myself in a good feeling again but even then this didnt work, it was just absolutely complete breakdown and control of the sisuation for me. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and what did you do to recover on this? Thanks for the read, id appreciate the feedback, i just needed to vent seeing as i havent been this tweaked in a LONG time.

It's bound to happen some nights will not be so great. The good thing is that we wake up to a fresh new day, and more opportunities for success.

I totally lost my frame yesterday actually, this girl took offence to me saying "so what do you got going for you other than looks?" i tried explaining how i find other qualities far more attractive than looks, but she didn't understand at all. i think she said something like "what kind of backwards compliment is that???" i wish i could remember her exact words. It was funny because she described what a neg was, without actually knowing.

HAHAh yes, it was like a nightmare, but the next day i told the one girl my position and sorted it out sort of, then on moday i just set up a date with another girl i was running game on for a long term, and was over it. Like oyu said, some days will be bad some days will be good.
