Well, I'll let you decide for yourselves:

That's the basic info on the recession.
And now, what I'm mad about (You guys saw it coming...)
1)This is proof that our government is run by morons.
2)With the previous statement mentioned, it's kinda safe to say...that (If you're an American), depending on the U.S government to provide the following:
-Ensured 401(k) employer match funds
-Social Security
-Retirement/Roth IRAs
-Regulations on corrupt business practices
-Any other government service
...is financial suicide.
The relationship between politics and economics is unique in the fact that the connection is both necessary and useless. It can be likened to the link between religion and science: One compliments the other, but both are extremely flawed in explanation.
It should bother you greatly that our wonderful economic chief advisors had just discovered we were in a recession...
1 YEAR AFTER IT WAS ANNOUNCED!
I may not know the inner workings of our lovely government, but even the most ignorant ass to have walked upon the earth is going "Wow, those guys are dumb".
We had the documentation, the awareness, and the forecasting to know we were in a recession. WE KNEW IT. Yet, our superiors at the federal level turned a blind eye to the issue. Why?
...I honestly dont know. On one side, you have liberal conspiracy theories warping the minds of many all around. On the other side, you have conservative, sensible organizations hiding their "side activities".
Whatever the reason is, the one thing that can be counted on is the fact that we must adapt. Changes occur everyday. It's a fundamental truth. Better to seek the opportunities in a different environment than sit around and complain for better times.
It doesn't matter who's in office, or how much the Dow falls, or whether Tim Geithner will actually do his job as Fed President and REGULATE big businesses. As men who constantly develop lifestyle, one thing we've developed along the way is a sense of intelligence and wisdom, knowing trends, and how people act. As long as your life has a purpose, and you're working towards that purpose, there is no logical reason for you to fail.
Just realize this before we close: Dont depend on your government to provide you with financial security, when the government itself cannot manage it's money.
...Dubai's looking pretty ripe this time of season.
Faith.
